Yashica B Mack

‘The Motivator’

Yashica is an Army Veteran from Theodore, Alabama who discovered how to live a PAID in Full life by coming to terms with and understanding that “life happens.” Yashica lost her husband, a 23-year Army Veteran, in 2012 to a Neurogenerative terminal illness, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), better known to many as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. As a widow with three young children, Yashica didn’t have the luxury of taking the time necessary to sufficiently grieve and properly heal after the significant loss of her husband. That time finally came during the Pandemic of 2020 when the world came to a screeching halt; Yashica realized she had never slowed down, mourned, or grieved. While she was functioning in her day-to-day life, she was not living her true life to the fullest. Recognizing that she wanted to be more fulfilled, Yashica decided to work on herself.

You do not have to tear down anyone’s kingdom

There is plenty of room at the top, it is the bottom that is crowded!

“Sip Slow”

My Approach

I work with individuals who are “looking for themselves,” whether it is in personal or business relationships. I help them acknowledge & accept who they are & find their greatest potential & encourage them to move on it.

Most of my clients would describe me as their “motivator” because I am the cheerleader pushing them through the storms of life.

I specialize in relationships. Dr. Dharius Daniels says “Our greatest joys & our greatest pains come from the same place; relationships.”

Treat people how you expect to be treated under all circumstances.

The passion and support

My world is a better place because of Yashica B. When I first started my sessions with Yashica my life was in shambles. After our first session, I was able to establish goals and reset my way of thinking. The gift that she possess is very unique. She was able to attack the things that I have been carrying since childhood. Those significant event obstructed my ability to believe in myself. Although, I have a successful career in the United States Army, my mindset was limited. She introduced “Sip Slow” and that concept changed the trajectory for my family, career, and others that I came in contact with. She walked me through a series that dealt with the humanistic side of daily living. I was able to reestablish my millionaire mindset. I always had the potential but the weight of the world diminished all the fight that I had in me. Daily, she supported and inspired me to take back a piece of my power during the series. My relationship with my children, co-workers, and others instantaneously improved. The passion and support that she rendered was remarkable. No matter what time I needed her she was there. The United States Army, my family, and the world is a better place because she took a piece of coal and made a million dollar gem.

When I met Yashica Mack, I was going through a stressful time in my life. Yashica is reliable, honest, and very helpful. She has a very outgoing and respectful personality. Yashica impressed me with her capabilities and dedication she has to get the job done. Yashica was able to help me identify my strengths and competencies that would be of benefit to my business. She also inspired me that I could have the career I wanted and coached me on how to position myself.
